The wet weather at the Manchester Mela couldn’t dampen our spirits in our efforts to raise money for the Imran Khan Cancer Appeal (IKCA) over the weekend of the 25th and 26th of August at Platt Fields Park. Despite the conditions, the locals turned out and generously donated towards this most noble of causes. We will be at the Birmingham Mela on Sunday the 2nd of September 2012.
